The rent is "ALL IN": it includes the apartment rent, furniture, HOA charges, electricity (up to 50€ / month), heating, taxes and all other charges. This way, the offer is between a hotel and a furnished apartment: ideal for people coming to Berlin for business or job reasons or medium term tourism and needing a basis which is immediately available and gives the feeling of being at home.
Due to the current fluctuations of electricity cost, tenants would have to pay any electricity charges in excess of 50 Euros per month (air conditioning)
The rental agreement is made for a clearly defined duration (initially up to 6 months).. It can be extended as desired if both parties agree on it.
